Job description
As a Remote Travel Assistant Service Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning travel services for clients, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Management: Coordinate travel logistics, such as airport transfers, car rentals, and tour bookings. Ensure all transportation arrangements align with clients' schedules and preferences, and provide detailed instructions and confirmations.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing assistance and support throughout the travel planning process. Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide updates on travel arrangements via email, phone, or online chat.
Documentation and Administration: Prepare and organize travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, visas, insurance, and other necessary paperwork. Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and client preferences.
