AT A GLANCE

We are looking for a passionate and collaborative researcher to join our Consumer & Market Insights team at RVO Health. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is building an industry leading healthcare platform that will integrate the consumer health journey and help consumers access the right information, care, products, and services at the right time, ultimately supporting our vision of health and wellbeing for everyone.

As a Consumer & Market Insights Researcher, you will be responsible for executive research projects to uncover insights about our users that will help our Product, Editorial, UXR, Creative, and other internal teams make business decisions and create unique experiences rooted in strong understanding and empathy for people's lived experiences and unique health challenges.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do

• Execute survey research, including drafting questionnaires, programming surveys, testing surveys, data analysis, and creation of reports and presentations to summarize insights and recommendations.
• Support creation and day-to-day management of a new consumer panel being developed to accelerate research and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with a cross functional team to understand, refine, and deliver on project objectives and desired outcomes.
• Perform ad-hoc data analyses leveraging existing primary research or third-party data sources.
• Share consumer insights throughout the company to maximize impact of research and ensure decisions are rooted in deep understanding of consumers.
• Other CMI related duties as required based on needs.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (Market Research, Psychology, Marketing, Statistics or Social Sciences preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of consumer insights experience, preferably in digital media, health/pharma industry, or ecommerce a plus.
• Knowledge of survey tools (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)
• Knowledge of statistical software (Q Research, SPSS, etc.)
• Knowledge of online panels or insights communities a plus
• Excellent analytical and organization skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A resourceful, nimble self-starter, with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• A can-do, positive attitude that fosters a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $64,000 - $78,000
