This position offers a hybrid schedule, working in our Dublin, OH office at least 2 days per week (Monday - Friday) on a rotating schedule. Additional days in-office may sometimes be necessary, but the remaining days per week will be remote. As a Jr. Support Technician, you will provide support to internal end-users on a variety of issues, in addition to helping the other members of WD's IT team, as needed. WD Associates work onsite at WD's Dublin, OH office and remote from 30+ states, so much of your support work will be done in a remote capacity, rather than in-person. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems by responding to phone calls, email, and individual requests. The ability to provide great customer service at all levels, though a variety of communication tools is critical in this role. This role also helps with installing, supporting and configuring hardware and software, as needed, to support the business operations of the company. Preferred Experience:
