If you have a formal education in finance (CPA preferred) and substantial experience in restaurant management, we want to hear from you!

Requires local DC/NOVA accessibility to Springfield area corporate office.
Hybrid schedule is possible.
Restaurant experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the revenue stream of $50M, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Implement strategic planning initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee P&L management and reconciliation, providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance.
• Develop and manage budgets at the store level, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related financial role within the restaurant industry.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical abilities.
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
