Job Overview
Seeking an Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine NP/PA to join a permanent practice in Indiana
The ideal candidate must have an experience in Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care
Certification requirements are ACLS, BLS from American Heart Association; Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
Clinic Hours would be from Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Saturday - Sunday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
No call expectation
Provider must be willing to obtain DOT certification
