Founded in 1925, the Company prides itself on its best-in-class service, to match its high-end protein portfolio. As a USDA inspected processing plant, the Company focuses on center-of-the-plate and portion-controlled offerings to meet the demands of Florida’s high-end Hotel, Restaurant, and Country Club clientele. The Company processes and distributes Beef, Veal, Lamb, Pork, Poultry, and Provisions throughout South and Central Florida as well as into the Caribbean. Bush Brothers has a service-oriented culture, viewing its customers and employees as long-term partners is each other’s success.
