Job Opportunity: Marketing Communications Manager

Are you passionate about crafting compelling narratives and driving impactful marketing strategies? Join our team as a Marketing Communications Manager where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice and amplifying our message to the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies and tactical programs, encompassing content generation, advertising, branding, product promotion, and corporate communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand products, customers, and industry trends, ensuring communications are tailored and effective.
Coordinate trade events and industry showcases to spotlight our products and enhance our brand presence.
Lead the implementation of regional marketing communications plans, including content creation, brand positioning, and targeted marketing initiatives, in alignment with corporate guidelines.
Actively pursue media relations opportunities and industry engagements, leveraging subject matter experts to maximize impact.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track performance, driving continuous improvement and insights-driven decision-making.
Identify and cultivate marketing channels to reach target audiences, aligning with global communication strategies.
Monitor competitor marketing activities to derive insights and enhance our own strategies.
Ensure regulatory compliance and approval of communication materials.
Manage budgets and contracts with third-party marketing vendors/agencies.
Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and drive improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
1-3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Proven ability to develop effective marketing strategies and generate compelling content.
Experience coordinating trade shows and promotional campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and across teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, Dotdigital, video editing software, and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Primarily sedentary role with occasional standing, bending, lifting, or reaching.
Ability to lift boxes up to 15 lbs. for shipments to tradeshows and conferences.
Comfortable managing workload as a remote employee in a home office setting.
