JOB DESCRIPTION:
Clint Newell Body shop department is looking for a CSR who is an expert in the art and science of customer service. This position is responsible for handling incoming phone calls, greeting individuals that visit the facility, scheduling appointments and acting as a liaison between customers, insurance companies, rental agencies and the estimators. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet body shop customers promptly and courteously - attitude is everything!
- Handle incoming phone traffic, ensuring callers get to the appropriate person or department to assist them in scheduling customer appointments, updating customers on current repairs, status, etc.
- Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs.
- Answer phones and schedule repair estimates appointments.
- Create files and organizing documents.
- Handle updating customers on the status of their vehicles at certain points in the repair process.
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick-up.
- Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers.
- Handles minor customers concerns and complaints.
- Keep Body Shop Manager informed of state of all vehicle repairs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 + years of customer service experience.
- Customer oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to all customers.
- Computer and technology skills.
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Strong phone contact skills and handling multi-line phones.
- Ability to multi-task, and able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- High School diploma/GED.
- Experience with Multi-Line phones.
