Coastal Waste & Recycling is a locally owned and operated waste management and recycling company. We are experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity!
We are currently adding a Cash Application Specialist to the team to help support the growth. This position is responsible for the daily posting of customer payments (Bank Lockbox and ACH), investigating discrepancies between invoice amount and payment received, and reconciling accounts.
The ideal candidate will have basic excel skills (basic formulas and formatting), excellent customer service skills, and an attention to detail. Core hours are Monday through Friday. OT is available. Competitive pay and benefits. Friendly work environment with potential for advancement.
