Lubrizol's Finance team has an immediate need for a Sr. Financial Analyst, based in Wickliffe Ohio.

What you will do:

• Provide anchor support for the Corporate Finance leadership team with timely, accurate and actionable analytics.
• Own and drive clarity in Lubrizol corporate reporting by observing finance calendar and ensure appropriate support of corporate reporting deadlines and submissions.
• Provide timely, concise, and actionable financial information to CFO and other respective management
• Collaborate w/relevant division and functional teams, including information systems, to automate and standardize company reporting
• Assist in the coordination and development of the company and functional annual operating plans and forecasts
• Partner with Corporate functions to provide analysis and reporting to aid in decision making.
• Support adherence to documented internal controls; Assist with development of new controls
• Maintain the integrity of financial systems and reporting modules
• Ad hoc projects as needed

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 5 years of financial experience
• Excellent systems and financial modeling skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Well-organized, flexible, ability to multi-task
• Proactive, self-starter with the desire to achieve
• Strong interpersonal and business communication skills
• Analytical skills
