Title: Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager (FT)

Department: Domestic Violence Supportive Housing

Reports to: Senior Case Manager, DVSH

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $52,000 - $56,000 Per Year

Today, Shelter House is a successful and reputable organization of over 100 employees committed to preventing and ending homelessness and domestic violence. About the Role:

The Case Manager is responsible for providing Rapid Re-Housing services to households meeting the Department of Housing & Urban Development’s (HUD) definition of literally homeless, including those fleeing/attempting to flee domestic violence.

The Case Manager is to implement services with a trauma-informed, strengths-based and client-centered approach. The Case Manager will work closely with the Senior Case Manager of Rapid Re-Housing to accomplish program goals and priorities in accordance with agency philosophy and values and HUD grant requirements.
