Job description
• Greet guests upon arrival at counter
• Answer telephones
• Take guest orders via phone or in person
• Upsell items to guests
• Use POS to accurately enter orders
• Get payment and complete transaction
• Assemble items for each ticket and prepare for carryout or delivery
• Ensure all order have appropriate utensils and condiments
• Notify the team of any shortages
• Responsible for cash handling and credit card processing
• Carry out additional duties to prepare food, deal with special guests, maintain cash drawer
• Maintain and stock salad bar, buffet station and drink fountain
• Make sure all front of house areas including counter tops, dining room and restrooms are kept clean
