Job description

Our team is growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to join The Friedrichs Agency with Farmers Insurance. We are located in downtown Fishers, just off the Nickel Plate District. The agency has GREAT hours as we are open Monday-Friday 9a-5p. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. This position does require the candidate to hold a current property and casualty license in the state of Indiana.

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer phones to help service current clients and potential new clients
• Review underwriting alerts and efficiently contact insureds to complete required information.
• Review Insurance products we offer with new and current clients.
• Review policy changes with clients to ensure they are comfortable and happy with their insurance policies.
• Onboard new clients and ensure all paperwork is processed

Requirements

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities, including muti-party and multi-step challenges
• Comfortable moving between various technology systems and adapting to new processes
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
