Salary: $170k - $200k + Bonus & Excellent Benefits
As a member of the executive team, the CFO will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in the financial management of the company. This position requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in finance and accounting, particularly in the healthcare services sector. The CFO will be responsible for driving superior performance, improving infrastructure scalability, and providing proactive insights to support the company's growth and expansion.
Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with the CEO, private equity sponsor, board of directors, and operating executives to enhance the company's performance and infrastructure scalability.
- Develop and manage a cash flow model to provide financial insights into organizational plans and operating budgets.
- Provide financial leadership, planning, guidance, and analysis across all major company initiatives.
- Translate operational plans into reliable financial forecasts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow items.
- Assess and enhance the finance and accounting infrastructure, implementing reliable systems and cost-effective processes to support growth.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, reporting packages, and investor packages.
- Communicate financial information effectively, including making presentations to the board of directors.
- Influence corporate strategy through financial insights and understanding of the business.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including commercial banks, tax advisors, auditors, and other service providers.
- Monitor regulations and ensure compliance with financial policies and practices.
- Lead financial planning and reporting capabilities related to existing operations, capital requirements, and business development initiatives.
- Participate in acquisitions, conducting financial analyses, due diligence, and integration activities.
- Manage all treasury operations, including cash flow management, investments, credit management, and risk management.
- Maintain an effective finance organization through personnel evaluation, selection, training, and development.
- Foster a results-oriented, mission-driven, collaborative, and respectful culture within the finance team.

Qualifications - Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience directing finance and accounting teams.
- Operational experience in a healthcare services business model is essential.
- Previous CFO or Vice President experience in a Private Equity sponsored organization.
- Experience working in high-growth entrepreneurial companies.
- Strategic thought partner with the ability to provide excellent patient care.
- Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Expected Work Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Some night and weekend work may be required.
