Our Account Manager is accountable for:
Acts as a consultant and proactively identifies business development opportunities with new principals and district administrators.
Serves as contact for customer issues, identifies, and executes appropriate actions to resolve issues and/or escalates as appropriate.
Participates in customer meetings, analyzes customer needs, makes staffing recommendations, and secures staffing requests.
Essential Skills:
Demonstrated experience in skill marketing, screening, hiring, orientating, training, assigning, and managing temporary employees.
Must be able to function in complex/matrix environments.
Understands how to leverage resources to grow the business and generate income.
Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills required.
Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Seeking minimum of 2 years of high level customer service, Client or account management, or education/teaching experience.
Must be able to travel locally for hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other applicable events and work onsite five days a week in office.
