PCA EVV Specialist Job Summary
The PCA EVV Specialist is responsible for assisting consumers with questions regarding Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) inquiries and other general Personal Care Attendant (PCA) related questions/concerns.
What you will be doing:
- Responds promptly to consumer's EVV and general PCA-related inquiries.
- Provides general administrative support to the PCA program to ensure cohesive operation, may include travel.
- Provides assistance to PCA consumers who visit the office.
- Acts as the liaison between consumers and their assigned skills trainers when skills trainers are unavailable.
- Conducts outreach to consumers who are non-compliant with EVV requirements to ensure compliance in accordance with MassHealth regulations and contractual obligations.
- Works with the PCA department to identify opportunities to improve service quality, consumer experience, and clinical and documentation workflow.
- Maintains current and up-to-date consumer records and provides weekly reporting.
- Assists in the preparation and ongoing effectiveness of EVV training materials.
- Maintains collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the working group's achievement of goals, and to help foster a positive work environment.
- Assist with special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of two years of related experience or relevant Independent Living experience.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
- Proficient skills with technology including Microsoft 365, Teams, mobile devices, and applications.
- Ability to work as an independent contributor and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication/interpersonal skills
- Must be able to maintain confidence and safeguard operational integrity by keeping information confidential.
- Ability to travel independently & reliable transportation required.
