Job description
Act as a liaison between large technology providers and our premier client base ensuring high levels of customer service in the field of telecommunication industry standards. Responsible for maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service. Actively involved in managing multiple telecommunication/technology projects which requires overseeing project plans timelines and budgets. Manage project execution by meticulously analyzing and addressing potential risks and issues and implementing proactive strategies to mitigate them effectively. Analyze and manage project risks and issues and take proactive steps to mitigate them. Conduct regular project status meetings to provide updates to customers and stakeholders by highlighting progress addressing concerns and soliciting valuable input from all parties involved. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Arts Communication or a closely related field plus 6 months of experience in the job offered and 6 months of experience in customer service and customerfacing roles within the telecommunication industry standards.
