Job description
Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software-related issues
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows and macOS
- Experience with VPN setup and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with mobile devices and their configurations
Hardware support for the Cisco Meraki-based wireless components, including URWB radios
- Understanding of computer hardware components and their functionality
- Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 3 onsite support for wireless technologies and services
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to wireless devices
- Assist with the configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems, including Linux
- Set up and troubleshoot VPN connections for remote access
- Provide support for mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing system to track and resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist with computer hardware installations and upgrades
- Troubleshoot computer networking issues, including wireless connectivity problems
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Tools and Equipment
Have your tools and ladder for work up to 12 feet high
Cable replacement/ re-termination
Must have your truck, van, or pick-up with rack and all tools and ladders
