Job Title: Financial Advisor

Location : Bellevue, WA

Salary :$120k-$150k + Annual Bonuses + Full Benefits

Requirements : At least 5+ years of Wealth Management, CFP (preferred)

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ Years of Wealth Management Experience preferably have CFP, and have shown solid tenure in their past roles. The Financial Advisor is a role responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to discuss and understand their financial needs, objectives, and resources, create financial plans, and recommend investment strategies and products to meet their financial goals. The Financial Advisor will also be responsible for communicating financial strategies and information to clients, teaching classes and seminars, and presenting to groups and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive financial plans for clients, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning, cash flow, risk management, and investment and asset allocation strategies
• Analyze and monitor clients' financial data
• Develop and recommend investment strategies and products
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing financial planning services
• Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients and other professionals
• Provide guidance and education to clients through classes, workshops, and seminars
• Present to groups and organizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• CPA, CFP, CFA, or AIF credential (or ability to obtain within the first year of employment)
• Minimum of five years of experience in the financial planning and investments industry
• Experience with financial planning software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
