We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with prior experience in apartment maintenance to join Morgan Properties as a Floating Service Technician! Success in this role requires expertise in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, ensuring a standard skill-set. This position calls for adaptability, and requiring reliable transportation. Collaborate with your Regional Service Manager, where you'll be introduced to diverse sites and shadow key responsibilities! What we’ll expect from you :

• Versatile Apartment Maintenance Skills : Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repair.
• Team-Oriented Customer Service : Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to provide exceptional service, promptly resolving resident's maintenance issues to their satisfaction. 
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills : Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in interactions with both residents and office members. 
• Diverse Job Experience : Previous roles in property maintenance, construction, or hotel management are valued!
• Driving Requirements : Possess a valid driver's license. A personal vehicle is required.
• Emergency Responsiveness : Reside within a 30-minute radius of the property to ensure swift response to emergencies.
• Certifications : HVAC certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Ask about our tuition reimbursement program!

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
