Job Title: Bridge Construction Superintendent
Location: Mississippi and surrounding states
Salary: $100k- $135k + company bonus incentives, travel expenses/per diems, company vehicle or car allowance, company-provided cell phone

As such, we are hiring a Superintendent to join our team. The Superintendent is a key position overseeing road and bridge construction in Mississippi and nearby states. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in bridge construction, the ability to interpret construction plans, and proficiency in pile driving, concrete forming, and reinforcing steel.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead and oversee bridge construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and in compliance with construction plans and specs
- Manage and coordinate bridge crew activities, including tasks like pile driving, concrete forming, reinforcing steel installation, concrete placement, and heavy lifting
- Implement safety protocols, prioritize safety at the job site, and ensure a commitment to quality workmanship
- Collaborate with operations and project managers to plan and execute projects successfully, meeting/beating deadlines and budgets
- Contribute to marine operations and cofferdam construction projects

What You Need for this Position

3+ years experience in Bridge Construction, as a Bridge Crew Foreman or Superintendent
- Experience with construction plans and specs
- Hands-on skills in bridge construction tasks including pile driving, concrete forming, reinforcing steel installation, concrete placement for structures and bridge decks, and heavy lifting.
- OSHA 30 and proven track record of safe work sites
