Job description
Title: Foreman/Supervisor *SIGN ON BONUS* $250
Pay: $20- $23 hourly
Shift: 2nd shift (3:30 pm - 12:00 am)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees the utilization of hand trucks, forklifts, overhead cranes, etc.
- Participate and lead safety training and be willing to get certified in CPR, AED, BBP, etc.
- Physically capable of performing the job which includes bending, walking, ability to endure high temperatures in winter summer, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, write and communicate with fellow employees.
- Must know how to operate a forklift, overhead remote-control cranes, and magnet cranes.
- Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product.
- Ensures procedures are according to specifications.
- Has knowledge of a variety of practices and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- Requires safety glasses, vest, metatarsal boots, and hard hat.
