Maintenance Tech Overview As a Maintenance Tech I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and controls Identify and resolve mechanical issues in manufacturing equipment and machinery Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair Prior experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects You should be proficient in: Electrical Troubleshooting Skills Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Experience in a Manufacturing Environment ABOUT US: I.K.
