Job description
The LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading food and beverage manufacturing organization based in the suburbs of Chicago. We are currently looking for dynamic and experienced Contract Recruiterto join the team on a contract engagement in North, Northwest and Southwest Suburbs. This role will be fully onsite and is looking for candidates who are fully bilingual in Spanish. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to their fast-paced environment, where we are managing high-volume hourly roles with a focus on live, face-to-face interactions.
Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person and over-the-phone interviews for high-volume hourly roles, including machine operator phone screens
Engage with candidates for various positions within the plant, covering all areas onsite
No talent sourcing or generation required; focus on processing and managing talent for immediate placement
Utilize Ceridian Dayforce for efficient recruitment processes
Handle challenging situations with hourly talent, demonstrating professional maturity and problem-solving skills
Collaborate with HR to meet the business's hiring needs and manage the recruitment process effectively
Coordinate on-site events and adapt working hours based on business requirements
Contract Recruiter Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume hourly roles
Proven ability to conduct live, face-to-face interviews and handle challenging situations with hourly employees
Professional presence and maturity to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus
Availability to work 5 days a week onsite, with flexibility for evening events
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage the recruitment process without the need for talent sourcing
