The Event Assistant is responsible for day-of management of event details required for smooth operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The best event representatives are genuinely excited to interact with the public and provide information on the clients and programs we represent. Responsibilities:
- Provide information about the charity and charity programs
- Maintain a strong knowledge of charity accomplishments, on-site projects, statistics, fundraising terms, and sponsorships
- Conduct event and retail presentations to new target audiences
- Reach sponsorship targets and donor retention goals
