Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data and HR systems strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage and maintain market data for the international team enterprise, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
• Collaborate with market and tech teams to understand international data requirements and seek guidance when necessary.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
• Lead and manage data-related projects, ensuring successful completion within the defined timelines and budgets.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and HR systems.

Requirements:

• Play a critical role in maintaining market data for our international team enterprise, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Ability to Identify and resolving data-related issues and seeking guidance from market and tech teams when necessary.
• This position requires a strong background in data analysis, HR systems, and project management.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
