Job description

We are an industrial equipment distributor for cleaning chemicals, high-pressure pumping systems, and equipment repair. Our ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operations of a growing progressive business, which features retail as well as commercial and industrial sales. The General Manager is responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees, building strong customer relations as well as developing new team members. Also, you should be competent at building strategic relationships, and sound financial management, and experience in digital marketing and advertising would also be a big plus.

• Provide leadership and direction to our team.
• Work directly with our retail customers.
• Manage operations and finances of the business.
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices.
• Drive the development of employees.
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained.
• Will report directly to the Owner/President.

Qualifications:

• Management, strong customer service, and administrative skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead.
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting, strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop a loyal and hard-working staff.
• Preferred 4-year degree in management, marketing, or related business field.
