Sign on Bonus $1,500
Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for equipment in-house and at customer locations including installations, training, repair, and customer support.
- Performs installations and training of all product lines at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
- Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical issues with equipment and eliminate future operational or service difficulties.
- Coordinate problem resolution with parts, engineering, manufacturing, and other personnel.
- Maintains accurate records of Service Reports , expenses, billable hours, and trip reports. Documents cases in CRM database in a timely fashion.
- Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that technical support and effective service is provided to the customer.
- Must be able to travel 50 - 70% of the time.
Education and/ or Experience
- Certification from college or technical school; or a minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Vocational training or apprenticeships in electrical and mechanical skills, industrial control systems, PLC relay logic and 3 phase motors preferred.
- HVAC certification a plus.
- CRM software and MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics software a plus.
- Bi-lingual/Spanish capabilities a plus, but not required .
