Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and task-focused individual to join our team at MUSC Health as a Temporary HR Associate. In this role, you will work closely with our HR department to assist in scanning records into employee files. This is a temporary position for a duration of 90 days, offering an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of HR.

Job Type: Temporary - 90 days

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Temporary HR Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Scanning and digitizing records into employee files
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of scanned documents
Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files
Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Collaborating with the HR team to support various projects and initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using scanning equipment and software
Basic computer skills, including data entry and file management
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
