Itron is looking for a Receptionist to join our office in San Jose, CA. Itron's Receptionist is one of the key players in the success of the facilities team with support of various clerical and daily operations. The required hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 9am – 1pm.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming calls, directing calls to destination via Microsoft Teams
• Creating Facilities Jira work requests for maintenance.
• Support calendar management and coordinate with Executive Admins with company events (set-up & breakdown.
• Re-stock the fridge and pantry with snacks; order catered lunches and manage lunch delivery program for employees.
• ChargePoint EV Charging management and access provisions for employees.
• S2 badge system support, taking employee pictures, uploading them to system, setting up and printing badges for new employees.
• Receiving notification from HR on new hires. Coordinating and preparing new hire packets for first day arrivals.
• Manage and track visitors via Excel.
• Receiving US mail, sorting and distributing to proper employee inboxes. Sending other US mail received once a week on Friday to Liberty Lake and San Antonio.

Experience

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable using a computer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.)

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.

San Jose, CA: The base salary is $25.00 – $57.69
