With properties in stunning locations such as Maine's Acadia National Park, the Southern Maine Beaches, and New Hampshire's White Mountains, Lafayette Hotels offers a perfect blend of work and adventure.

Job Summary

Spa Cleaning Attendants are responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of our Swim & Health Spa. Our spa team takes pride in presenting a professional, welcoming environment to our guests, and our cleaning attendant will help us present a safe, pristine facility for all to enjoy!

Successful candidates will have some prior experience with facility cleaning, and will be available to work later evening shifts, to best clean the facility when it is unoccupied by guests.

Daily Duties

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floors, including service rooms
• Cleaning restrooms
• Cleaning locker rooms, showers, saunas, and steam room
• Dusting and cleaning all spa areas
• Cleaning all mirrors throughout the spa
• Cleaning pool mats and pressure washing walkways around the pool
• Empty, clean, and refill hot tub as needed
• Additional special and/or deep cleaning spa tasks as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. 
• Frequent walking 
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time 
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull
• Ability to regularly lift up to 60 pounds (pool dry deck mats)
• Ability to see clearly with or without corrective wear
• Have a basic comprehension of spoken and written English
