Job Summary
The Lot Attendant at Ourisman Toyota of Richmond is responsible for providing superior customer service and a pleasant, clean car service lot atmosphere for clients and customers. This position will ensure that all customer vehicles are parked and secured in an orderly manner. The Lot Attendant will also provide support to the members of the Service Workflow team.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for directing, arranging, and managing the parking and display of vehicles in an organised manner
- Ensure all vehicles are secured and stored properly.
- Monitor the service lot and ensure customer vehicles are not damaged or stolen.
- Properly update all vehicle paperwork to ensure accuracy of the lot inventory.
- Follow procedures outlined in the service department policy and ensure staff adherence to traffic flow regulations.
- Answer customers’ questions in a polite and professional manner
- Assist with any advertisements, promotions, and other marketing efforts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adhere to dealership safety standards and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience working in the automotive industry is preferred
