The Full Stack Senior Software Engineer will be part of a team responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining a rewrite/modernization of the Legacy application into its updated and modernized form. The current application is written in classic ASP technology, using Oracle as the backend. The new application, which will be the focus of position, is written/modernized using JAVA, Angular, Springboot and PCF (on Prem), along with PostGres as the database. The updated application implements API's using Apigee. Application is also currently being migrated from its OnPrem PCF infrastructure over to Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), so knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.

5+ years of Full Stack development experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.Bachelor's DegreeJava - Angular - Spring Boot / microservices - REST API's - CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub)Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) - PCF TDD and agile methodologies and practices






Skills Preferred:


Good knowledge of testing and security methodologies and tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarks.Good understanding of logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk, and Dynatrace.Good understanding of SQL type databases and/or experience with Postgres.Good understanding of performance and load engineering and tuning.Agile methodologies - Possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all actions. Experience creating technical specifications, Business process improvement experience, Knowledge of IT security policy and requirements,Experience working as a software engineer in an Agile team. Experience with automated tools such as Selenium. Willingness to dig into work, analyze the problem, and formulate a suggested direction/solution without having to be told what to do and how to do it. Someone who takes ownership of their work and drives them to completion.
