As a DevOps Engineer at Thinklabs, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the tools and systems that enable our software development team to deliver high-quality products with speed and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with our development and operations teams to automate workflows, improve deployment processes, and ensure the overall stability and scalability of our software infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Automate deployment processes to enable faster and more reliable software releases
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code to support scalable and highly available software systems
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to ensure optimal operation and scalability
- Implement and maintain security best practices to protect our software and data
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline software development processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar DevOps role
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of version control systems like Git
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
