Job description

POSITION DETAILS

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

EMR - EPIC

Unit Details:

• 8-11 patients on avg.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have an active license
• MUST be willing to obtain IA specific license to dispense Hearing Aids -- Apply for a Hearing Aid Specialist Temporary License | Department of Inspections, Appeals, & Licensing (iowa.gov)
• Peds & Adolescent age group experience 
• Outpatient experience needed

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• BLS (AHA)
