Description:
- Prepare/develop and coordinate the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS) -horizontally and vertically integrate programs across groups including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Tooling, and Quality -Load Master Schedule with applicable scopes, budgets -Thorough cost and schedule integration -Manage and coordinate program schedules ensuring to meet customer goals and expectations -Understand proposal requirements, designs, procurement, manufacturing, and testing for specific programs and generate schedules capable of accurately tracking them -analyze schedules weekly to ensure requirements are being met -report scheduling statuses to Program managers and IPT Leads -Maintain schedules from program inception through contract closeout or transition -Identify and resolve critical path and logic conflict -Utilize Gant Charts, milestone charts, Earned Value Management (EVMS) and project management techniques to gauge progress and identify issues -pertner with PMs and Finance for monthly ETCs, Quarterly EACs and EVMS requirements
