Forensic Analytical Consulting Services (FACS), Inc. is an industry-leading environmental health consulting firm providing industrial hygiene and environmental consulting services for commercial businesses throughout the United States. We specialize in indoor environmental testing, hazardous building materials (lead, asbestos, PCBs), mold & moisture, healthy building programs, wildfire/structure fire smoke assessments and more.

By identifying and evaluating environmental factors that can lead to injuries and illnesses, and providing scientifically rooted solutions, we create safe and healthy spaces for living, work, and play. About the role:
We are seeking a self-motivated and highly independent Business Development Manager to join our team. In this solution sales opportunity, you will be responsible for spearheading business development initiatives with minimal direction, leveraging your expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. As a key driver of growth and expansion, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the industrial hygiene sector. With a solid understanding of industrial hygiene practices and market trends, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies. Your ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, coupled with your track record of meeting and exceeding targets, will be instrumental in positioning our organization as a leader in the industry.

This position will be based out of our Chicago, IL office focused business development within Illinois and surrounding areas, and has the flexibility to work a hybrid remote schedule. This position is eligible for uncapped quarterly and annual bonuses.

Pay Range: $75,000.00 - 95,000.00 yearly salary + uncapped quarterly and annual commission
