Job description
As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce the opening of a Customer Service Coordinator Internship opportunity for our National Service Department!
During this internship, you will primarily be responsible for follow-up communication with vendors, sales teams, and clients regarding automotive maintenance and repairs. The NSD Customer Service Coordinator Interns will also address client approval emails and notify repair facilities of said approval. The Customer Service Coordinator may also assist with various administrative duties and projects related to the maintenance process. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside the box to resolve unique challenges, adapt to change and manage competing priorities.
This position offers a s tarting salary range of $15.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 7a-5p from May-August 2024. This is a work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Metropolitan St. Louis or surrounding MO/IL counties with the opportunity to come into our Maryland Heights campus 1-2 days a week.
