Description:
Will be responsible for the sanitation of food and nonfood contact surfaces during the 3rd shift
Understand and apply appropriate sanitation per company standards
Keep building, grounds and equipment in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors with brooms, scrubbers, hand towels and pressure washers.
Document and maintain logs
Communicate with supervisor
Perform other cleaning duties as needed
