Your Role at KIK
We are seeking a skilled operator to join our 2nd
Shift (3:00 pm – 1:30 am) filling operations team. The ideal candidate will confidently operate the filler, managing functions such as starting/stopping, speed adjustments, and coordination of controls. Your role involves staying vigilant for any operational challenges and reacting swiftly to overcome them. We require someone with in-depth knowledge of the filler's capabilities and limitations, coupled with the ability to identify and address unsafe conditions effectively. Clear communication is key, as you'll be interacting with various team members and departments. Moreover, your responsibility includes managing alerts related to maintenance, ensuring timely communication with both maintenance and management. If you're proactive, knowledgeable, and possess strong communication skills, we invite you to apply for this integral position in our production team. This position has an hourly rate of $18.00, plus a .50 shift differential for second shift, in addition to an annual incentive bonus.
