Job Summary:
The Technical Support Intern will report to the Director of Information Infrastructure. In this role you will gain hands-on experience working on multiple help desk activities, implementing technical updates, and running diagnostics. In this role you will:
Duration of Internship: May 20th – August 9th
Key Job Responsibilities:
+ Assist with technical support and help desk activities including, but not limited to:
+ End User administration – reset passwords, group membership, access to software
+ Perform daily tasks in Array’s IT ticketing system
+ Perform updates on devices
+ Provide Technical assistance to users in the office, via the phone, or chat
+ Partner closely with our team of Project Engineers, Program Managers, and IT Technicians.
+ Review performance using analysis tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
+ Currently enrolled in a BA or BS degree program in Computer Information Systems, or another related field.
+ Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
+ Ability to work creatively and strategically.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ This position is located onsite in our Chandler, AZ office.
+ Relocation is not available for this role.
+ US Person is required for this role.
+ Work hours will be Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
+ Juniors preferred as this opportunity has a strong chance of transiting into a full-time/perm role.
