As a leading player in the tech landscape, we are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Federal Marketing Manager to join our Industry Marketing team and lead our efforts in the Federal vertical.

Position Overview: As the Federal Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies tailored to the unique networking needs of the Federal sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of both the networking landscape and the intricacies of the Federal market to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives in the Federal sector.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to the Federal vertical.
• Craft and communicate a compelling value proposition tailored to Federal agencies and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create thought leadership content, whitepapers, and case studies showcasing our expertise in networking solutions for Federal clients.
• Drive the development of compelling content for various channels, including social media, webinars, and traditional media.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions within the Federal market.
• Represent the company at relevant events, conferences, and forums to enhance our visibility within the Federal sector.
• Work with the Marketing Operations team to utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing within the networking industry, with a strong emphasis on the Federal vertical.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Understanding Federal procurement processes and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely - focus on a storytelling approach towards customers.
• Strong networking capabilities and proactiveness to deal with the demand from key stakeholders, especially senior management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographies and managing external stakeholders.

Minimum Salary: $108,900.00

Maximum Salary:$166,980.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $108,900.00 and $166,980.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
