Job Description Summary
This role is primarily responsible for providing maintenance related support to the region O&M contracts, to ensure excellence during the Mobilization, Execution and Demobilization phases of the contracts in the region.
The Maintenance Support Leader will actively coordinate with the Maintenance Support Leaders of the other regions to maintain the standard established in the O&M playbooks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define parts of the maintenance program in the Maintenance Playbook and ensure the roll out of the related processes and tools to the plants.
- Together with Digital and Engineering, develop and implement solutions that enables world class effectiveness for the maintenance of power plants.
- Build and maintain relationship with O&M Maintenance Managers to collect fleet experience and best practice as well as to evaluate proposals for improvements
- Provide support, advice and guidance to Maintenance Managers and other persons responsible for maintenance but also to O&M Regional Managers on power station maintenance issues.
- For selected parts of the maintenance program, drive the optimization of maintenance activities on a fleet basis by comparison of the reported maintenance statistics (KPI’s, CMMS reports), identify and initiate necessary corrective measures, drive improvement action.
- Coordinate with other GE Power elements (Engineering teams, Digital, Commercial and O&M plants) to ensure best solutions for best performance on the Power Stations
- Support the Mobilization Programs for new contracts in the region, including processes and tools, that ensures efficient O&M contract mobilizations to achieve operation readiness at COD
- Lead design reviews from a maintenance point of view and support Mobilization on design reviews, reviews of documentation, scope of tools and spare parts and implementation and set up of maintenance.
- Setup an initial spare part concept for the new specific O&M contract. Evaluate criticality of the different systems. Prepare a technical recommendation on different ISP packages based on the need of the power station
- Select operational spare parts on the O&M new contract scope to ensure compliance on the contractual O&M guarantees.
- For new O&M contracts, evaluate OEM spare parts offers and define spare parts based on equipment criticality and available O&M spare parts budget.
- For new O&M contracts, lead and review the financial budget compliance throughout the technical selection and sourcing process.
- Support the region sites to accomplish the Lean Strategy for the O&M business
- Support the region business growth under the request of the Region O&M Support Leader
- Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations/project management/product management, including technical, financial, and contractual
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Plant Operation and Maintenance
- Fluent in English and local (region) language

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $76,700.00 - $127,800.00, The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s geographic location, experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation.
