- Take charge of all stages of general litigation in Massachusetts, overseeing breach of contract claims and commercial disputes from initiation to judgment.
- Collaborate with internal restructuring and accounting teams, ensuring seamless preparation for litigation matters.
- Assist in prelitigation tasks, working closely with our "workout" team to efficiently resolve defaults and disputes.
- Manage external local counsel for out-of-state litigation, including collateral recovery, judgment domestication, and related legal matters.
- Contribute to other legal matters, such as bankruptcy and insolvency, as required.
- Efficiently handle out-of-state dockets, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
- Provide strategic legal analysis and advice to business executives on the status of Massachusetts and out-of-state litigation.
- JD from a nationally recognized law school.
- Licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- 5+ years of commercial litigation experience.
- Competitive Base Salary ($160,000 - $185,000 DOE)
