We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our National Office in Mentor, OH. This role is ideal for those adept in managing multiple high-stakes projects, ranging from $20 million to $300 million. PM Requirements:
- Experience overseeing the scheduling of 4-6 projects simultaneously
- Ability to create and update detailed project schedules
- Strong team collaboration experience with project teams for effective schedule management
- Integrate Primavera 6 experience not required but a plus
- Maintain clear communication across project teams
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed (20-30%)
- Skilled in construction software and web-based document storage
