Job description

Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting a Creative Project Manager for our client, an American retail corporation. In this role you will work closely with Marketing Strategy and Delivery Management leaders to understand and align on quarterly goals and yearly business objectives while coordinatimng and managing numerous digital projects from strategic development through creative deployment to ensure work is on brief, feedback has been addressed and on-time delivery.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Exercise digital project acumen by effectively assessing and scoping requests to construct and maintain project plans in accordance with digital best practices

• Proactively track digital project workstreams, continually evaluating for potential negative impact to delivery

• Collaborate with partners to build contingency plans and monitor issue resolution to ensure risks are mitigated

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate on integration into our existing processes

• Effectively support the Sr. Manager with planning and portfolio managementExperience Required

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of digital project and/or portfolio management experience

• 5+ years of experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations

• Well-versed in digital project management with a keen ability to account for digital dependencies and coordinate engagement with cross-functional resources to ensure seamless project execution

• Proven success driving results with an ability to multi-task a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment and navigate effectively through ambiguity

• Working knowledge of digital marketing workflows, including website development and authoring; project management methodologies and tools

• Enhanced capability to impact and influence at all levels of the organization

• Impactful and persuasive communicator, both written and orally

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Experience with MRM solutions, such as Adobe Workfront or similar

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management certification or equitable experience

• Experience with CMS solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager, and basic HTML/CSS/coding languages a plus

• Familiarity with Photoshop, Sketch, Figma a plus

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
