Job description

This is a Independent Contractor role for a Property Manager. Specifically looking for a Realtor who lives, and is established, in New Braunfels or South San Marcos. The Property Manager will be responsible for lease listing services, screening applicants, managing property operations, maintaining tenant, owner and vendor relations, conducting property inspections, writing leases and various contractual agreements, leading make ready coordination, ensuring properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a Texas Real Estate license
• Previous property management experience not required
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills - must be a self starter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Certification in Property Management and/or Leasing Specialist a plus
• Must demonstrate coach-ability, positive attitude and ability to work hard in a team environment
• Must have a dedicated home office
