eCommerce channels such as Lowes etc. are a fast-growing segment of our company and still full of opportunity. Bedrosians product portfolio is active on Lowes, but we need help to continue growing our business quickly and efficiently.
The person in this role will support the eCommerce segment of the company by managing, optimizing, and expanding our product assortment and marketing activities. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who has the skills and entrepreneurial drive to help us manage growth and innovate in this area. The ideal candidate has
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Bedrosians product portfolio on Marketplaces such as Lowes, Wayfair etc. including content, images, and inventory.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day execution of our Lowes marketplace operations, including fulfillment, receiving, compliance, order entry, dispute resolution, and overall account health
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups on execution to ensure all orders, shipments, claims, chargebacks, disputes, and returns are executed timely and accurately
- Own operational performance, financial scorecard, dispute management, returns, and compliance reporting in Vendor Central
- Identify areas for process improvement, investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions
- Align with internal stakeholders to optimize or implement and execute new programs or procedures
- Work with finance and operational teams to optimize the financial aspects of the business for profitability, including rebates, credit memos, accruals, and returns
- Manage and optimize dispute management process and reporting
- Manage product returns and minimize their impact by working with our warehouse and 3rd party logistics teams to process timely, monitor conditions, provide insights, and report on product return trends and non-compliance
- Work with our technical and finance teams to monitor and maintain EDI compliance and optimization
- Perform all other operational duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ecommerce Marketplaces
- Experience with product catalogs and inventory management/optimization.
- Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
- eCommerce fulfillment, operations & inventory management.
- eCommerce and/or retail customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
