Responsibilities:
- Recruit entry-level and experienced real estate agents, and real estate teams with growth potential via Social Posts, DM's, cold calling, emailing, networking events, scheduling coffee meetings, attending open houses, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
- Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
- Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high-quality
- Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
- Plan and host events for agent attraction
- Posting and updating job boards regularly
- Attend and support all local events and participate in local real estate associations, civic, and professional groups
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Real Estate sales experience
- Great communication
