Job description

If you have experience with personal lines and you have your P & C license, my Medford, OR client has a great opportunity for you!

My client is a full-service independent insurance agency that is well established in the Medford, Oregon area. They are part of a growing National Brokerage so there is a lot of long-term career opportunities. They want to hire another Personal Lines Account Manager. The new team member can be from a Captive or independent insurance agency. They use EPIC agency management software which they will train on.

You will be doing a combination of daily service tasks and soft sales (walk-ins or call-ins). The agency enjoys many referrals and strong client retention. You will handle renewals, remarket if needed due to rate increases, and cross-sell to make sure the customer has a comprehensive risk program. You will also handle daily service tasks, certs, endorsements, and act as a claims advocate. Incentives include 25% commission on new and renewal for any new accounts that you write organically.

The agency is laid back, low stress, and a fun place to work. They provide a fully paid benefits package with 401K. Parking is free. This is a Mon to Fri in-office role in their Medford office.

Candidates need an OR P & C license and at least 6 months of agency experience.
